How to Have Good Sex

It is common factors that the more good sex you have, the more you want, and the more lousy sex you have the less you desire. But, are you really having good sex? Or are you looking for ways to better understand your sexual needs and that of your partner?
You can boost your sexual expression and have good sex if you know what to do. Let’s look at some ways you can do this both emotionally and physically:
Sexual communication
In every relationship communication is a key. This is even truer in sexual relationship. But, unfortunately this is often ignored or taken for granted in such relationships.  Often people don’t tell their partners what makes them feel good in the bedroom. Their partners in this case keep doing the same thing over and over again believing they are doing the right thing. Don’t assume your partner should know what you like in the bedroom. Learn to talk to your partner about sex. Tell and show your partner how you feel, what you want and what you enjoy. Be open to new ideas; be honest and humorous about it.
Sexual Fantasies
Each time you think about sex and get aroused is considered a fantasy. Sexual fantasies give you the chance to practice new behaviors safely before trying them out with a partner. It can be avenues for creativity and new ideas. For instance, a lot of couples have sex in the same one or two positions their whole sex lives. This fantasy gives you the excitement of trying out new sex positions, in a new location with a naughty feeling, and making sex memorable.
Undertake Kegel Exercises
Kegel exercises help to strengthen and give you control over the pubococcygeus muscle, which contracts during orgasm in both women and men as well as control urine flow.  The pubboccygeus muscle is the one that stops the flow of urine. To find this muscle, when you urinate, try to start and stop the flow of urine with your legs apart.
Fast Kegels
Tighten and relax the pubococcygeus muscle as quickly as you can. This may seem difficult at first. Gradually you will begin to gain more control of this muscle.
Slow Kegels
Tighten the muscle and hold it the way you did when you stopped urine flow for a slow count of three, and then relax the muscle.
These exercises help you to:
·        Increase the circulation of blood around the genital area.
·        Enhance your sexual responsiveness.
·        Increase your control of feeling in your genital area.
·        Increase your control over orgasm
·        Restore the tone of your vaginal muscle after child birth.
When doing these exercises, keep breathing naturally. At first you muscle may get tired. This is normal when exercising any new muscle. It will be helpful to associate these exercise with another activity like listening to music, watching a movie, or having a discussion for instance.
